妊高征产妇产后出血护理中优质护理的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨妊高征产妇产后出血护理中优质护理的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年9月本院收治的妊高征产妇102例纳入研究,采用随机分层法分组,对照组51例予以常规护理,观察组51例实施优质护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组产后24 h出血量(520.63±30.07)mL、舒张压(85.67±5.66)mm Hg、收缩压(130.45±9.25)mm Hg、宫缩恢复时间(14.37±3.91)min、VAS评分(3.45±1.13)分,对照组则分别为(630.52±25.64)mL、(93.42±6.78)mm Hg、(143.98±8.36)mm Hg、(21.34±5.47)min、(6.48±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.859、7.403、8.241、6.267、7.750,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000);观察组服务态度、护理安全、基础护理、护理操作、舒适度评分分别为(17.27±2.52)、(17.04±1.28)、(17.03±1.81)、(16.47±2.08)、(17.11±2.02)分,均高于对照组的(14.42±3.09)、(12.72±3.41)、(115.50±3.12)、(13.43±3.07)、(14.25±2.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.104、8.470、3.029、5.854、6.527,均P<0.05);观察组躯体功能(80.13±5.63)分、心理功能(82.48±4.58)分、社会功能(78.35±4.54)分、情绪功能(83.13±5.63)分、生理功能(79.83±4.67)分,较对照组的(73.23±6.74)分、(75.69±6.72)分、(72.13±5.62)分、(74.15±3.41)分、(72.44±5.39)分要高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.611、5.963、6.148、9.743、7.400,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论优质护理用于妊高征产妇产后出血中能够减少产后出血量,加快宫缩的恢复,更好的控制血压,提高其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage nursing of pregnant women with hypertension.Methods A total of 102 pregnant women with hypertension were selected from May 2020 to September 2021 in our hospital.Randomized stratification method was used to group the pregnant women into groups.The control group(51 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(51 cases)was given high-quality nursing.Results The 24 h postpartum blood loss(520.63±30.07)mL,diastolic blood pressure(85.67±5.66)mm Hg,systolic blood pressure(130.45±9.25)mm Hg,uterine recovery time(14.37±3.91)min,VAS score(3.45±1.13)points,the control group were(630.52±25.64)mL,(93.42±6.78)mm Hg,(143.98±8.36)mm Hg,(21.34±5.47)min,(6.48±2.37)points,respectively,and the differences were significant(t=19.859,7.403,8.241,6.267,7.750,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).In the observation group,service attitude,nursing safety,basic nursing,nursing operation and comfort score were(17.27±2.52),(17.04±1.28),(17.03±1.81),(16.47±2.08),(17.11±2.02)points,compared with the control group(14.42±3.09),(12.72±3.41),(115.50±3.12),(13.43±3.07),(14.25±2.39)points,and the differences were significant(t=5.104,8.470,3.029,5.854,6.527,all P<0.05).The observation group physical function(80.13±5.63)points,psychological function(82.48±4.58)points,social function(78.35±4.54)points,emotional function(83.13±5.63)points,physiological function(79.83±4.67)points,compared with the control group(73.23±6.74)points,(75.69±6.72)points,(72.13±5.62)points,(74.15±3.41)points,(72.44±5.39)points,and the differences were significant(t=5.611,5.963,6.148,9.743,7.400,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce postpartum hemorrhage,speed up the recovery of contractions,better control of blood pressure,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
