肺结核伴糖尿病患者开展延伸护理干预的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析肺结核伴糖尿病患者开展延伸护理服务的应用效果。方法选取本院诊治的78例肺结核伴糖尿病患者开展本次研究,时间为2019年4月至2020年3月,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,即对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=39)。对照组行常规护理,研究组行延伸护理服务,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者躯体功能评分、心理功能评分和社会功能评分相近(P>0.05);干预后,研究组躯体功能评分、心理功能评分和社会功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者规律运动评分、饮食控制评分和按时服药评分相近(P>0.05);干预后,研究组规律运动评分、饮食控制评分和按时服药评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺结核伴糖尿病患者实施延伸护理服务能够有效提升患者生活质量和自我管理意识,对于控制和缓解患者病情来说具有积极意义。Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing service in patients with tuberculosis and diabetes.Methods A total of 78 tuberculosis patients with diabetes were selected in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020.All patients were randomly divided into two groups:the reference group and the study group,39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the study group provided extended nursing services.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function and social function of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the scores of regular exercise,diet control and taking medicine on time were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of regular exercise,diet control and taking medicine on time in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of extended nursing service can effectively improve the quality of life and selfmanagement awareness of patients with tuberculosis and diabetes.It has positive significance for controlling and alleviating the patients'condition.
