精细化护理在精神分裂症与躁狂症伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的本次试验将针对精神分裂症与躁狂症伴糖尿病患者开展护理治疗,着重探究精细化护理的应用效果。方法本次试验选取了2019年1~10月前来本院进行疾病检查及治疗的72例患者为对象,经过专业的科室检查确诊为精神分裂症与躁狂症伴糖尿病,并需开展对症支持治疗。在自愿参与试验调查的患者中,采用计算机随机数字表法,将患者进行分组,每组36例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则采用精细化护理方案,分析两组患者的血糖变化情况和精神病症状的抑制效果。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者在护理后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖分别为(4.11±1.2)mmol/L和(6.22±1.37)mmol/L,对照组分别为(5.13±1.24)mmol/L和(8.36±1.54)mmol/L,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病情控制方面,观察组的治疗总有效率为91.2%(34/36),对照组则为86.1%(31/36),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组患者的满意度为91.7%(33/36),明显优于对照组的83.3%(30/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用精细化护理措施对于精神分裂症与躁狂症伴糖尿病患者开展护理有利于控制患者的血糖水平,改善整体治疗效果好,提升生活质量。Objective This experiment will carry out nursing treatment for schizophrenia and mania with diabetes,focusing on the content of meticulous nursing and improving the outcome.Methods The patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 for disease examination and treatment were selected as the objects of this experiment.After the professional department examination,they were schizophrenic and manic patients with diabetes,and need to carry out symptomatic treatment.Among the patients who volunteered to participate in the experimental investigation,72 patients were discussed with the method of computer random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were treated with refined nursing plan.Results In terms of nursing quality,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were(4.11±1.2)mmol/L and(6.22±1.37)mmol/L,respectively,and those in the control group were(5.13±1.24)mmol/L and(8.36±1.54)mmol/L,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.2%(34/36),while that of the control group was 86.1%(31/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the survey of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 91.7%(33/36),significantly better than 83.3%(30/36)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing measures for schizophrenia and mania patients with diabetes are helpful to control blood glucose level.The overall improvement effect of patients is good,and the quality of life has been steadily improved.
