小儿静脉滴注阿奇霉素的不良反应与护理措施

摘　　要：目的分析小儿静脉滴注阿奇霉素的药物不良反应表现,并总结相关的临床护理措施。方法本研究行分组对照试验,将2018年1月至2019年10月于医院进行静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗的42例患儿应用抽签法则分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。观察组行针对性护理干预,对照组行常规护理干预,分别计算两组相关数据统计结果,并做统计学比较。结果观察组出现阿奇霉素不良反应1例,不良反应发生率为4.76%,对照组出现阿奇霉素用药不良反应8例,不良反应发生率为38.10%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患儿家长满意20例,满意度为95.24%,对照组患儿家长满意13例,满意度为61.90%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床小儿在进行静脉滴注阿奇霉素的过程中存在着较为严重的用药不良反应表现,通过针对性护理措施进行护理干预可将药物不良反应控制在合理的范围内,维持小儿静脉输液的安全性,提升患儿家长的满意度。Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions of intravenous infusion of azithromycin in children,and summarize the relevant clinical nursing measures.Methods In this study,a group-controlled trial was conducted,and 42 children who received intravenous infusion of azithromycin in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were divided into an observation group and a control group by drawing lots,with 21 cases in each group.The observation group was given targeted nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The statistical results of the two groups were calculated and compared.Results There was 1 case of azithromycin adverse reactions in the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.76%.In the control group,there were 8 cases of adverse reactions of azithromycin,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 38.10%,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The parents of the children in the observation group 20 cases were satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 95.24%,and the parents of the control group were satisfied with 13 cases,the satisfaction rate was 61.90%,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Clinical children have serious adverse drug reactions in the process of intravenous infusion of azithromycin.Nursing intervention through targeted nursing measures can control adverse drug reactions within a reasonable range,maintain the safety of intravenous infusion in children,and improve the satisfaction of parents of children.
