摘 要:协同运用课堂教学智慧评价系统(CSMS)和学习发生知行理论可以推动课堂转型。按照“测评、研讨,再测评、再研讨,进一步测评、总结”的流程,选择4位不同发展阶段教师连续3天的11节高中数学课堂进行实验研究,结果表明:CSMS可以评价课堂教学结构的准确度,反映教师努力程度的灵敏性,有效支持教师自主优化课堂教学结构;学习发生知行理论在指导教师激发学生有效内在认知活动、促进课堂从浅层思维与互动向深层思维与互动转变等方面有明显的效果;人工智能课堂教学智慧评价自动生成的结果更加客观、公正,可有效降低教师自我诊断时的防御心理。为了优化课堂教学结构,今后在进行课堂教学智慧评价时,应逐步按课类、课型建立常模;关注评价系统使用的边界,借由CSMS课堂大数据指数提升教师的教学技能。Collaborative use of the CSMS and knowledge-action theory of learning occurence can promote classroom transformation.11 high school mathematics classes are selected for experimental research from 4 teachers at different developing stages for 3 consecutive days.The results show that CSMS can evaluate the accuracy of classroom teaching and learning structure,reflect the sensitivity of teachers’efforts,and effectively support teachers to independently optimize classroom teaching and learning structure.The knowledge-action theory of learning occurence has obvious effects in guiding teachers to stimulate students’effective internal cognitive activities and promoting the transformation of classroom from shallow thinking and interaction to deep thinking and interaction.The AI auto-result of wisdom evaluation can effectively reduce teachers’defensive psychology in self diagnosis.We should gradually establish a norm of class type when using wisdom evaluation of classroom teaching and learning in the future,pay attention to the limitation of the evaluation system,and improve teachers’teaching skills by classroom big data index from CSMS.
