摘　　要：提高生产力水平是经济发展的本质要求,也是提高国际经济竞争力的有效路径。贯彻新发展理念,通过协调发展、绿色发展和共享发展实现全体劳动者的全面发展,通过开放发展打造国际国内双循环市场,通过创新发展促进经济全要素进化,从而使新发展理念作用于劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象这三个生产力构成的基本要素,并影响生产循环过程,起到促进生产力提质增效的作用,进而有效提高经济发展水平。实证研究表明我国各省域创新发展水平差异较大,进一步对我国各省域创新发展水平与生产力水平的相关性进行分析,可以证明两者之间存在较强的正相关性,一定程度上证明了新发展理念对生产力提质增效的作用。Improving the level of productivity is an essential requirement for economic development and an effective way to improve the competitiveness in the international economy.With the implementation of the new development philosophy,we strived to achieve the all-around development of all workers through coordinated development,green development and shared development.Building a dual-circular market at home and abroad through open development,and promoting the evolution of all elements of the economy through innovative development,the new development philosophy can play a role in the three basic productive elements of workers,labor materials and labor objects.The basic elements that affect the production cycle process play a role in promoting productivity quality and efficiency,thus effectively improving the economic performance.Empirical research shows that the level of innovative development in provinces in China varies greatly.Further analyzing the correlation between the level of innovative development and productivity level in various provinces,itcan prove that there is a strong positive correlation between the two,.To a certain extent,this result proves the role of the new development philosophy in improving the quality and efficiency of productivity.
