摘 要:为提高玄武岩鳞片(BS)和环氧树脂的相容性,采用磺化苯胺三聚体(SAT)修饰BS,制得磺化苯胺三聚体改性玄武岩鳞片(SAT-BS);分别以SAT、BS和SAT-BS为填料制备环氧涂料。采用电化学阻抗谱研究制备的环氧涂料的防腐性能。结果表明:添加SAT、BS和SAT-BS能显著改善环氧涂层的防腐性能,其中SAT-BS效果最优,且在环氧涂层中的优选含量为10%。采用SAT-BS既改善了BS和环氧树脂的相容性,又发挥了BS的屏蔽防护和SAT的钝化作用。In order to improve the compatibility between basalt scale(BS)and epoxy resin,sulfonated aniline trimer(SAT)was selected to modify BS,and sulfonated aniline trimer modified basalt scale(SAT-BS)was prepared.Epoxy coatings were prepared with SAT,BS,SAT-BS as filler respectively,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was employed to research the corrosion resistance.The results indicated that the addition of SAT,BS and SAT BS significantly improved the corrosion resistance of epoxy coatings.SAT-BS showed the best effect,and the preferred content in epoxy coating was 10%.The application of SAT-BS not only improved the compatibility of BS and epoxy resin,but also exerted the shielding protection of BS and the passivation of SAT.
