摘 要:光引发剂残留与迁移所导致的安全问题在近些年来受到了越来越多的关注。本文建立了紫外光(UV)固化涂料中光引发剂迁移量的检测方法,通过该方法探究了温度、光引发剂和活性稀释剂的种类、含量以及固化工艺对光引发剂迁移行为的影响,并且对不同条件下涂膜的细胞毒性进行了系统的评价。结果表明:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器联用仪可以有效地对涂膜中迁移出的光引发剂进行分离和定性定量检测;光引发剂含量及涂料固化工艺对光引发剂的迁移影响较大,由此导致的高迁移率会抑制细胞在涂膜表面的生长,进而增加涂膜的细胞毒性。The safety issues caused by the residue and migration of photoinitiators have received more and more attention in recent years.In this paper,a detection method for the migration of photoinitiators in ultraviolet(UV)-cured coatings was established.Through this method,the effects of type and content of photoinitiators and reactive diluents,temperature and curing process on the migration behavior of photoinitiators were explored,and the cytotoxicity of the coatings under different conditions was systematically evaluated.The results showed that the photoinitiators migrated out of the coatings can be separated and then detected qualitatively and quantitatively by high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector.The content of photoinitiators and the curing process of coatings have a great influence on the migration of photoinitiators,and the resulting high migration ratio will inhibit cell growth on the surface of coatings and increase the cytotoxicity of the coatings.
