摘 要:为了提高机组人员的人身安全,规避设备和人员在通行时因打滑带来的危险,本研究以羟基丙烯酸树脂与聚酯多元醇树脂复配作为主要成膜物质,脂肪族异氰酸酯为固化剂,改性陶粒砂为防滑颗粒,制备了一种轻质耐磨防滑涂料。研究了防滑颗粒对防滑涂料施工、涂层表面状态、最大静摩擦系数等的影响,并研究了涂层在不同磨损阶段下的磨损行为。结果表明:当防滑颗粒粒径为250~380μm,添加量为12%时,制备的涂层具有面密度低、耐磨损性强、摩擦系数大、附着力好的特点;涂层在磨损5000 r内的磨损机制主要是初始磨损阶段的磨粒磨损和稳定磨损阶段的黏着磨损。To improve the safety of flight crew and avoid slipping dangers caused by equipment transporting and people walking,a kind of lightweight wear-resistant non-skid coatings was investigated in this work.Hydroxy acrylic resin and polyester polyol resin were combined as the main binder,aliphatic isocyanate was chosen as the hardener,and modified ceramsite sands were selected as non-skid aggregates.The influences of non-skid aggregates on the coatings operation,dry film surface statement,and maximum static friction coefficient were studied.The abrasion behavior of non-skid coatings under different wear stage were investigated as well.Results showed that,when non-skid aggregates’size was 250 to 380μm,and with addition amount of 12 wt%,non-skid coatings had lower areal density,stronger wear resistance,higher friction coefficient,and better adhesion.After analysis the coatings’behavior of wear resistance,it showed that,the wear mechanism was mainly abrasive wear in the initial wear stage and adhesive wear in the stable wear stage within 5000 revolutions.
