摘  要:水性透明膨胀阻燃剂是水性透明膨胀防火涂料的关键组分,本文一方面综述了以季戊四醇、季戊四醇磷酸酯和环氧树脂为成炭剂合成水性透明膨胀阻燃剂的研究进展,另一方面综述了磷/纳米颗粒、磷/硅和磷/硼复合协同阻燃体系的研究进展,并探讨了水性透明膨胀阻燃体系的透明性机理。并提出通过化学合成将阻燃元素磷、碳、氮接枝到同一分子上是解决水性膨胀阻燃剂透明性的有效方法,也是未来研究的发展方向。Water-borne transparent intumescent flame retardant is the key component of water-borne transparent intumescent fire retardant coatings.In this paper,the research progress on the synthesis of water-borne transparent intumescent flame retardants using pentaerythritol,pentaerythritol phosphate ester and epoxy resin as charring agents was summarized on the one hand.On the other hand,the research progress on composite synergistic flame retardant systems of phosphorus/nanoparticles,phosphorus/silicon and phosphorus/boron was reviewed.The transparency mechanism of water-borne transparent intumescent flame retardant system was also discussed.The results showed that grafting phosphorus,carbon and nitrogen onto one molecule by chemical synthesis was an effective way to improve the transparency of water-borne intumescent flame retardants,which was also the future research trend.
