摘 要:2-叔丁基-9,10-二(4-溴苯基)蒽是一种用来合成高性能蓝光材料的中间体,具有较高的应用价值.但传统合成路线能耗高,不适合大量制备.本研究对合成反应的温度和原料配比进行了优化,筛选了重结晶提纯产物的溶剂.结果显示,合成反应的温度可以控制在-50℃,减少了能耗,而且该合成方法不需要对中间产物进行提纯,简化了工艺流程.2-Tert-butyl-9,10-di(4-bromophenyl)anthracene is an intermediate to synthesize excellent blue light emitting materials,and thus it has high application value,but the traditional synthetic method is high energy consuming and unsuitable for mass preparation.In this paper,the reaction temperature and raw materials ratios for synthesizing this compound were optimized,and the solvent to recrystallize crude product was successfully screened.The results show that the reaction temperature of the synthesis reaction can be controlled at-50℃.This method can omit the step of purifying the intermediate product,which can simplify the synthetic process of target product and effectively reduce energy consumption.
