摘　　要：随着中国社会人口老龄化程度逐渐加深,众多老年人的出行安全与监护问题成为社会关注的焦点。本文基于当前“智慧养老”的背景,综合利用移动通信、GPS、GIS等技术,开展基于移动GIS的老年人智慧出行研究,实现老年人出行便捷与安全保护。利用老年人出行所涉及的地理信息的层次性、区域性、相关性及多样性的特征,结合老年人出行目的和所在区域交通状态,开发基于Android平台的出行APP,实现老年人出行路线与出行方式智能推荐、出行过程中交通安全监测与提醒、一键求助等功能,实现保障老年人的出行安全与便捷出行,为智慧养老中的智慧出行与智慧监护提供新的思路,同时也希望能引导社会大众关注“智慧养老”在室外活动的发展与应用。With the deepening of the aging of China's social population,the travel safety and guardianship of elderly people have become the focus of social attention.Based on the background of"smart elderly care",combined with mobile communication,GPS and GIS technology,our team carried out a research on intelligent transportation of the elderly to realize the elderly travel safety and convenience and safety protection.Taking advantages of the hierarchical,regional,correlation and diversity characteristics of the geographical information involved in the travel of the elderly,combining the purpose and the regional traffic conditions of the elderly travel,this paper proposes a mobile GIS-based intelligent travel safety protection and assistance method for the elderly,and develops an APP based on Android platform.The APP developed by our group mainly realizes intelligent recommendation of travel routes and modes for the elderly,traffic safety monitoring and reminder in the travel process,one-click assistance and other functions to guarantee the travel safety and convenience of the elderly,and provide a new combination idea for smart travel and smart monitoring in smart elderly care.We also hope to arouse public attention to the development and application of intelligent elderly care in outdoor activities.
