摘 要:为了改善镁锂合金的耐蚀性,采用均匀化热处理+冷轧退火的工艺对其进行处理,利用扫描电镜和电化学试验研究了不同工艺处理后Mg-9Li-2Al-1Y合金的微观组织和耐蚀性能。结果表明:冷轧退火态Mg-9Li-2Al-1Y合金中的α-Mg相更加细小且分布均匀,腐蚀方式由严重的局部腐蚀转变为均匀腐蚀,耐腐蚀性能明显提升。与铸态相比,冷轧退火态合金组织中高电位Al_(2) Y粒子沿轧制方向分布更加均匀,延缓了低电位α-Mg相的腐蚀进程。冷轧退火态的合金在3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡后产生了一层含Li_(2) CO_(3)的腐蚀产物层,提高了致密性,增强了腐蚀产物层对基体的保护作用。In order to improve the corrosion resistance,Mg-Li alloy was treated by homogenization heat treatment+cold rolling annealing.Microstructure and corrosion resistance of Mg-9Li-2Al-1Y alloy treated by different processes were studied by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical test.The results show that theα-Mg phase in the cold-rolled and annealed Mg-9Li-2Al-1Y alloy is finer and evenly distributed,the corrosion mode changes from severe local corrosion to uniform corrosion,and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved.Compared with the as-cast alloy,the distribution of high potential Al_(2) Y particles in the cold rolled and annealed alloy is more uniform along the rolling direction,delaying the corrosion process of the low potentialα-Mg phase.A corrosion product layer containing Li_(2) CO_(3) is produced on the surface of the cold rolled and annealed alloy after immersion in 3.5%NaCl solution,and improves the compactness and enhances the protection to the matrix.
