摘　　要：带色注塑是免喷涂工艺的主要发展方向之一,文章结合带色注塑工艺现状,介绍了带色注塑工艺的优点、在带孔零件上应用的难点以及易出现的质量缺陷。结合某车型一个带孔零件的设计开发,介绍了应用带色注塑工艺的设计方法。Colored injection molding is one of the main development directions of spray free technology.Combined with the current situation of colored injection molding technology,the advantages of colored injection molding technology,the difficulties and the quality defects in the application of perforated parts are introduced.Combined with the design and development of a perforated part of a vehicle model,the design method of applying colored injection molding process is introduced.
