摘　　要：针对动力电池试验后可能会漏电发生绝缘故障的问题,研究了一种可以排查绝缘电压以及问题点位置的测量方法。本方案利用低成本且有效的方法进行绝缘测试排查,方法的原理清晰且操作步骤简单,为动力电池组开发验证过程中出现绝缘失效问题的排查锁定提供了快速高效的分析方法,同时也为将来电动汽车售后绝缘安全问题的排查降低了成本并提供了极大的便利性。In order to solve the problem of insulation failure caused by leakage after battery module test,a measurement method is studied,which can be used to check the insulation voltage and the location of the problem point.This scheme uses low-cost and effective methods for insulation test and troubleshooting.The principle of the method is clear,and the test step is simple.It provides a fast and efficient analysis method for the troubleshooting and locking of insulation failure problems in the development and verification process of battery pack and module,also reduces the cost and provides great convenience for the troubleshooting of after-sales insulation safety problems of electric vehicles in the future.
