摘　　要：目的:利用VISIA观察1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合水光注射改善面部老化的疗效。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年2月在笔者科室就诊的女性就医者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例。治疗组接受1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗+水光注射,对照组仅接受激光治疗。治疗前及疗程结束后1个月应用VISIA皮肤检测仪评价皮肤变化,同时观察是否出现不良反应。结果:VISIA皮肤检测仪检测治疗组治疗后纹理、毛孔、棕色斑区较治疗前改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后棕色区较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05);治疗组纹理、毛孔及棕色区评分改善均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组就医者均无严重不良反应。结论:1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合水光注射有效改善就医者面部皮肤老化症状,为临床治疗提供了一种新的联合治疗方案。Objective Use VISIA to observe the effect of 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with Hyaluronic Acid injection to improve facial rejuvenation.Methods Fifty female patients who were treated in our department from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected,They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.1064 nm Nd:YAG laser treatment combined with hyaluronic acid injection in treatment group.The control group only received laser treatment.Before each treatment and one month after the end of the treatment,the VISIA skin tester was used to evaluate the skin changes,and observed whether there were adverse reactions.Results The texture,pores,and brown spots were all improved in treatment group after the treatment by VISIA skin tester,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The brown area in the control group was improved statistically(P<0.05).The improvement in texture,pores and brown area in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions in both group.Conclusion 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with Hyaluronic Acid injection can eff ectively improve the facial skin rejuvenation symptoms of patients and provide a new combined treatment plan for clinical treatment.
