摘　　要：增生性瘢痕是皮肤损伤愈合后以组织纤维化、胶原形成与降解平衡失调、胶原过度沉积为特征,是机体皮肤受损达真皮网状层及以下时形成的纤维愈合,属于机体受伤后创面异常修复的结果。近年来,研究发现平阳霉素在增生性瘢痕的治疗中对抑制成纤维细胞的增殖、影响胶原合成和血管生成有重要作用。临床上也发现平阳霉素对增生性瘢痕有较好的疗效。而相对于单独使用平阳霉素来说,与其他方法联合使用来治疗增生性瘢痕更有效果。本文以平阳霉素对增生性瘢痕的治疗作用机制和临床应用进行综述,以期为增生性瘢痕的治疗提供新思路。Hypertrophic scar is characterized by tissue fi brosis,imbalance of collagen formation and degradation,and excessive collagen deposition after skin injury is healed.It is the fi brous healing formed when the body's skin is damaged to the dermal reticular layer and below.It is an abnormal wound after the body is injured.The result of the repair.In recent years,studies have found that pingyangmycin plays an important role in inhibiting the proliferation of fi broblasts and aff ecting collagen synthesis and angiogenesis in the treatment of hypertrophic scars.In the clinic,it has also been found that pingyangmycin has a good eff ect on hypertrophic scars.Now the author reviews the mechanism and clinical application of pingyangmycin in the treatment of hypertrophic scars,and provides new ideas for the treatment of hypertrophic scars.
