摘  要:受强降雨或高烈度地震作用,高山峡谷地区极易暴发大规模滑坡或产生大型潜在滑坡体,一旦滑坡体启动,将迅速入江堵断主河,引发因堵江造成的上游回水淹没、下游溃决洪水的巨大灾害链危害,严重威胁当地人民群众的生命财产和重大工程安全。因此,系统深入开展滑坡—堵江—溃决灾害链的研究,为制定科学有效的防灾减灾措施提供理论支撑具有重要意义。通过系统总结国内外关于滑坡堵江机理、滑坡坝稳定性评估、滑坡坝溃决机理以及滑坡—堵江—溃决灾害链的研究进展,指出了现有研究的不足之处及一些亟待解决的前沿性关键科学问题。Affected by heavy rains or high-intensity earthquake,large-scale or large potential landslides are easily formed in high mountain valley.Once landslides are initialed,they will quickly slide into the river and block the main river,causing a huge disaster chain of upstream backwater flooding and downstream outburst flood,which seriously threatens the life and property of local people and the safety of major projects.Therefore,it is significant to systematically carry out the research on the disaster chain of landslide,river blocking and collapse,so as to provide theoretical support for the formulation of scientific and effective disaster prevention and mitigation measures.This paper systematically summarized the research progress of landslide blocking mechanism,landslide dam stability evaluation,breaking,and hazard chain triggered by landslide blocking riverand dam outburst flood at home and abroad,and pointed out the shortcomings of the existing research and some key scientific issues to be solved urgently.
