摘 要:以郑州市为研究区域,在全面系统分析人-水系统的基础上,采用单指标量化-多要素集合-多准则集成法(SMI-P),构建郑州市人水和谐度量化评价模型,以健康度、发展度、协调度为控制要素,选取与控制要素相关的指标建立评价指标体系,采用层次分析法-模糊变权法确定综合权重,对郑州市2011—2020年人水和谐情况进行分析研究。结果显示:2011—2020年郑州市人水和谐度呈上升趋势,并在2020年达到较为和谐的状态。但郑州市人水和谐度仍较低,需要在废水排放量过多和水资源量过少这两方面采取科学方案进行有效处理。Taking Zhengzhou City as the research area,on the basis of comprehensive system analysis of human-water system,this paper used the single-index quantification-multi-element set-multi-criteria integration method(SMI-P)to built the measurement evaluation model of human-water harmony in Zhengzhou City.Taking health,development and coordination as control elements,it selected the indexes related to control elements to establish the evaluation system,and determined the comprehensive weight by AHP-fuzzy variable weight method.It analyzed and studied the harmony between human and water in Zhengzhou from 2011 to 2020.The results show that:from 2011 to 2020,the harmony between human and water in Zhengzhou has an upward trend,and will reach a relatively harmonious state in 2020.However,human-water relationship in Zhengzhou has a low degree of harmony,so it is necessary to take scientific measures to effectively treat both excessive waste water discharge and insufficient water resources.
