摘 要:探讨柔性织物传感器的技术进展。综述了应变传感器、温度传感器、气体传感器及多功能传感器等典型织物传感器的原理、技术现状;介绍了以纤维、纱线、织物作为传感器基底的主要特点,分析了涂覆、碳化、纺织工艺制备技术的优势与不足;列举柔性织物传感器在医疗健康、运动检测、智能防护等领域的最新应用;总结分析柔性织物传感器开发、应用研究中亟待解决的问题。认为:织物传感器具有柔软、透气以及可与其他材料高度集成等特点,在智能可穿戴设备中具有广阔发展前景,多功能、小型化的织物传感器是未来发展的趋势。Technology progress of flexible fabric sensor was discussed.Theory and technology status of classic fabric sensors like strain sensor,temperature sensor,gas sensor and multi-function sensor and so on were reviewed.Main properties of fiber,yarn and fabric as sensor base were introduced.Advantage and disadvantage of preparation technology with coating,carbonation and textile process were analyzed.The latest application of flexible fabric sensor in medical health,motion motitoring and intellegent propetion were listed.Problems need to be solved in flexible fabric sensor development and application study were summarized and analyzed.It is considered that fabric sensor have properties like softness,breathable and ability of high integration with other materials and so on.It has wide development prospect in intelligent wearable devices.Fabric sensor with multiple function and miniaturization fabric sensor are the trend of future development.
