摘 要:为了使棉水刺非织造布在保持良好透气性的同时,还具有一定的拒水效果,采用常压等离子体技术,以六甲基二硅氧烷为单体,对棉水刺非织造布进行单面拒水改性试验研究。改性后非织造布样品表面形成疏水表层,结合荷叶效应分析了非织造布改性面的拒水机理。红外光谱测试表明,改性面产生了Si—CH3、Si—C等疏水性基团。测定了改性非织造布的水接触角,处理面最高可达157°,未处理面会被浸润,表现出优良的单面拒水效果。对改性非织造布样品进行摩擦处理、放置不同时间,水接触角变化不大,改性非织造布的拒水性能稳定。认为:运用常压等离子体技术,以六甲基二硅氧烷为单体,改性后的棉水刺非织造布具有良好的单面拒水性。In order to make cotton spunlaced nonwoven keeping well air permeability and a certain waterrepellent effect at the same,atmospheric pressure plasma technology was adopted.Hexamethyldisiloxane was used as monomer for the study of cotton spunlaced nonwoven single water-repellent modification experiment.After modification,hydrophobic surface layer was formed on the surface of nonwoven sample.water-repellent theory of modified nonwoven surface was analyzed combining with lotus effect.Infrared spectroscopy test results showed that hydrophobic groups like Si—CH3,Si—C and so on were generated on the modified surface.Water contact angle of the modified nonwoven was tested and it could be reached 157°on the treated surface in maximum.The surface without treatment were infiltrated and showed excellent single water-repellent effect.When modified nonwoven sample was treated by friction and placed for different time,the water contact angle was not changed too much.The water-repellent property of modified nonwoven was stable.It is considered that cotton spunlaced nonwoven after modified by atmospheric pressure plasma technology with hexamethyldisiloxane as monomer has excellent single water-repellent property.
