摘 要:为解决细纱机生产普梳纯棉品种时因主牵伸区集聚夹杂短绒等造成的牵伸不良和断头问题,重点对下销进行技术改进,采用在下销圆弧面开槽孔、下销前小平面开槽孔、下销圆弧面和前小平面均开槽孔共3种改进方案,对比了改进下销的成纱条干和纱疵情况。试验结果表明:3种改进方案的下销在上机生产过程中均未出现与下胶圈接触面及中罗拉间夹短绒、棉絮而造成断头、牵伸不开的现象,第2种方案改进下销的纺纱条干和纱疵好于另两种方案。认为:在前小平面开槽孔的下销改进方案有利于改善成纱条干和减少纱疵。In order to solve problems of worse drafting and broken ends caused by accumulation of short fibers in the main drafting area when producing carded pure cotton varieties on spinning machine,technology improvement of bottom pin was mainly carried out.Three improvement schemes were adopted.Yarn evenness and yarn defect after the improvement bottom pin were compared.The test results showed that the three improvement were all better.The spinning yarn evenness and yarn defects of the scheme 2 are better than the other two schemes.It is considered that the improvement scheme is beneficial to improve yarn evenness and reduce the yarn defect.
