摘　　要：探讨表面活性剂对中温浆纱性能的影响。研究了表面活性剂对降低浆液表面张力、提高浆渗透性的作用机理,分析了表面活性剂种类、加入方式以及质量分数对中温浆液和浆纱力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入表面活性剂后,中温浆纱中浆液渗透性提高,加入快速渗透剂T后浆液渗透时间最短仅为2.8 s;相比于同时将浆料与表面活性剂加入调浆桶的方式,浆液调制好后再加入表面活性剂能更快降低浆液渗透时间;随着表面活性剂质量分数的增加,浆液表面张力系数、渗透时间和粗纱强力都呈现下降后趋于平缓,而粗纱上浆率随表面活性剂质量分数的增加呈现上升后趋于平缓。选用快速渗透剂T中温浆纱,其浆纱性能均高于不添加表面活性剂的中温浆纱,并接近高温浆纱性能。认为:表面活性剂与浆液协同作用可显著提高中温上浆工艺的浆纱性能。Effect of surfactant on moderate-temperature sized yarn property was discussed.The mechanism of surfactant on reducing sizing surface tension and improving sizing permeability was studied.Effect of surfactant type,adding method and mass fraction on moderate-temperature sizing and sized yarn mechanical property was analyzed.The results showed that after adding surfactant,permeability of moderate-temperature sizing was improved,the shortest penetration time was only 2.8 s after adding fast penetrant T.Compared with the method of adding size mixture and surfactant into size mixter at the same time,penetration time of the size mixture was reduced faster when adding surfactant after the size was prepared.As the increase of surfactant mass fraction,sizing surface tension coefficient,penetration time and roving strength all showed decreased and then tend to be smooth,while the roving sizing percentage was increased with the increase of the surfactant mass fraction and then tended to be smooth.The fast penetrant T was used in moderate-temperature sizing,the sized yarn was higher than that of the moderatetemperature sizing without adding surfactant,and it was close to performance of high temperature sizing yarn.It is considered that the synergistic effect of surfactant and sizing can significantly improve sized yarn property in moderate-temperature sizing process.
