新疆棉花的发展现状与质量提升对策

摘　　要：探讨新疆棉花的发展机遇和提升质量的对策。以新疆棉花为研究对象,分析了新疆棉花的生产现状和存在的质量问题,讨论了新疆棉花质量面临的机遇和挑战,并提出了提升新疆棉花质量的相应对策。认为:针对当前新疆棉花产业发展,必须转变发展思路,从数量增长型转变为质量增长型;调整产业政策,完善推广目标价格与棉花质量挂钩;加强标准引导,将籽棉含杂纳入分等计价收购质量指标;实施创新驱动,研发新型适用轧花机,改进棉花采收加工工艺;立足棉花质量,建立标准化和规模化、自动化、智能化、一体化的质量管理监测系统。Development opportunity of Xinjiang cotton and countermeasures to improve quality were discussed.Xinjiang cotton was taken as the research object,production status and existed quality problems of Xinjiang cotton were analyzed,opportunity and challenge faced by Xinjiang cotton quality were discussed,the corresponding countermeasures to improve Xinjiang cotton quality were put forward.It is considered that in view of the current development of Xinjiang cotton industry,it is necessary to change the development idea,from quantity growth to quality growth.Industrial policies should be adjusted,link between the promotion target price and cotton quality should be completed.Standard guidance should be strengthened.Impurities in seed cotton should be included into quality index of tiered pricing.I nnovation-driven development should be implemented,new gin should be developed and researched.Cotton harvesting and processing technology should be improved.Based on cotton quality,a standardized,large-scale,automated,intelligent and integrated quality management monitoring system should be established.
