摘 要:目的比较毛白杨雌、雄花蕾总黄酮含量及体外抗氧化活性。方法采集毛白杨雌株和雄株的花蕾作为样品。以儿茶素为对照,采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝显色法测定总黄酮含量。以Trolox为阳性对照,采用DPPH和ABTS自由基清除法测定体外抗氧化活性。采用t检验对雌雄花蕾之间的差异进行比较。结果收集毛白杨雌株和雄株的花蕾各11株。雌、雄花蕾组总黄酮平均含量分别为25.60 mg·g^(-1)和30.39 mg·g^(-1),DPPH法的雌、雄花蕾组的平均TEAC值分别为19.99 mmol·L^(-1)和23.91 mmol·L^(-1),ABTS法的雌、雄花蕾组的平均TEAC值分别为19.97 mmol·L^(-1)和23.44 mmol·L^(-1),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毛白杨雄花蕾的总黄酮含量显著高于雌花蕾,雌、雄花蕾均具有良好的抗氧化活性,且以雄花蕾的活性显著。Objective To compare the total flavonoid content and in vitro antioxidant activity between female and male flower buds of Populus tomentosa Carrière.Methods The flower buds of female and male Populus tomentosa were collected as samples.Catechin was used as the control,and the content of total flavonoid was determined by the aluminum nitrate colorimetric method.Trolox was used as the positive control,and DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging methods were used to evaluate the antioxidant activities in vitro.The content and antioxidant activities were compared between the female and male flower buds by Student’s t test.Results Eleven female flower buds and eleven male flower buds of Populus tomentosa were collected.The average content of total flavonoid in the female and male groups was 25.60 mg·g^(-1) and 30.39 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The average TEAC values of the DPPH method in the female and male groups were 19.99 mmol·L^(-1) and 23.91 mmol·L^(-1).The average TEAC values of ABTS method in the female and male groups were 19.97 mmol·L^(-1) and 23.44 mmol·L^(-1),respectively.The difference were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The content of total flavonoid in male were buds of Populus tomentosa is higher than that in female flower buds.Both have antioxidant activity,and the activity of the male flower buds is more obvious than that of the female flower buds.
