摘 要:目的研究华中五味子藤茎中的苯丙素类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等方法分离化学成分,MS和NMR等数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从五味子藤茎中共分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为肉桂酸(1),3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸(2),erythro-7-methoxyguaiacylglycerol(3),3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)propan-1,2-diol(4),3-羟基-1-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯基)-丙基-1-酮(5),对羟基苯丙醇(6),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯丙醇(7),1-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propan-1,2-diol(8),C-veratroylglycol(9)。结论化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。Objective To determine the phenylpropanoids in the stems of Schisandra sphenanthera.Methods The chemical constituents were studied by chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods,including MS and NMR spectral techniques.Results Nine phenylpropanoids were obtained from the stems of Schisandra sphenanthera and identified as cinnamic acid(1),3,4,5-trimethoxy-cinnammic acid(2),erythro-7-methoxyguaiacylglycerol(3),3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)propan-1,2-diol(4),β-hydroxypropiovanillone(5),p-hydroxyl-benzyl-propanol(6),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)propan-1-one(7),1-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propan-1,2-diol(8)and C-veratroylglycol(9).Conclusion Compounds 1-6 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
