低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法70例进行扁桃体切除术的慢性扁桃体炎患者,根据手术方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组采用传统扁桃体剥离术,观察组采用低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术。比较两组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛时间),术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的手术时间(17.8±6.5)min、疼痛时间(5.2±0.7)d短于对照组的(31.5±12.4)min、(8.6±0.5)d,术中出血量(7.8±1.5)ml少于对照组的(19.3±2.4)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.71%低于对照组的22.86%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的效果良好,术后患者出现感染与出血风险较低,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic tonsillitis who underwent tonsillectomy were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tonsillectomy,and the observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency tonsillectomy.The operation-related indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,duration of pain)and postoperative complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and duration of pain of the observation group were(17.8±6.5)min and(5.2±0.7)d,which were shorter than(31.5±12.4)min and(8.6±0.5)d of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss(7.8±1.5)ml was less than(19.3±2.4)ml of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 5.71%in the observation group was lower than 22.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion Tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis,with low risk of postoperative infection and bleeding,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
