胺碘酮联合美托洛尔、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗心梗并发恶性心律失常的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究胺碘酮联合美托洛尔、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗心肌梗死(心梗)并发恶性心律失常的临床效果。方法45例心梗并发恶性心律失常患者随机分为研究组(23例)与参照组(22例)。参照组采用胺碘酮进行治疗,研究组采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗。对比两组治疗效果及心源性事件发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为91.30%,显著高于参照组的63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心源性事件发生率为4.35%,显著低于参照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗心梗并发恶性心律失常,临床疗效显著,心源性事件显著减少,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol and potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of myocardial infarction complicated with malignant arrhythmia.Methods A total of 45 patients with myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia were randomly divided into the research group(23 cases)and the reference group(22 cases).The reference group was treated with amiodarone,while the research group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol and potassium magnesium aspartate.The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than 63.64%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiac events in the research group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 27.27%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical use of amiodarone combined with metoprolol and potassium magnesium aspartate has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of myocardial infarction complicated with malignant arrhythmia,and the cardiac events are significantly reduced,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
