中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折术后的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折患者的临床疗效。方法80例肱骨近端骨折患者根据入院顺序分为研究组与对照组,各40例。两组均接受肩关节功能康复训练,对照组在肩关节功能康复训练基础上接受止痛药物、抗生素以及抗炎药物治疗,研究组在肩关节功能康复训练基础上接受中医骨折三期治疗。对比两组治疗效果及肩关节功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.0%高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛评分(20.31±4.13)分、活动范围评分(17.35±3.38)分、日常生活能力评分(26.83±4.77)分、肌力评分(3.81±0.86)分、关节局部形态评分(4.15±1.12)分、肩关节功能总分(74.77±9.96)分均高于对照组的(17.43±3.88)、(14.11±3.45)、(23.51±4.39)、(2.77±0.91)、(3.00±0.83)、(63.17±10.16)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于肱骨近端骨折患者,为其提供中医骨折三期治疗的临床效果确切,能够帮助加快肱骨近端骨折患者肩关节功能恢复速度,具有临床推广与应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three-stage treatment of fracture of traditional Chinese medicine on the proximal humerus fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with proximal humerus fractures were divided into research group and control group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received shoulder joint functional rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group received analgesic drugs,antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs,and the research group received three-stage treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect and shoulder joint function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 90.0%of the research group was higher than 60.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the research group,the pain score was(20.31±4.13)points,the range of motion score was(17.35±3.38)points,the activities of daily living score was(26.83±4.77)points,the muscle strength score was(3.81±0.86)points,the joint local morphology score was(4.15±1.12)points and shoulder joint function total score was(74.77±9.96)points,which were higher than(17.43±3.88),(14.11±3.45),(23.51±4.39),(2.77±0.91),(3.00±0.83),and(63.17±10.16)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-stage treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has definite clinical effect on patients with proximal humeral fracture,which can help speed up the recovery of shoulder joint function of patients with proximal humeral fracture,so it has the value of clinical promotion and application.
