眼底荧光造影检查在糖尿病眼底病变筛查中的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究眼底荧光造影检查在糖尿病眼底病变筛查中的临床价值。方法100例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,采用随机化分组法分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组行散瞳眼底镜检查,实验组行眼底荧光造影检查。对比两组糖尿病视网膜病变分期、黄斑水肿检出准确率及患者对检查技术的评分。结果实验组糖尿病视网膜病变检出准确率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.9829,P=0.0144<0.05)。实验组黄斑水肿检出准确率为88.64%,高于对照组的51.16%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.5743,P=0.0001<0.05)。实验组患者对检查技术科学性评分为(96.23±1.84)分、安全性评分为(97.24±1.36)分,均高于对照组的(93.64±1.36)、(95.12±1.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.0042、8.7869,P=0.0000、0.0000<0.05)。结论采用眼底荧光造影检查可准确反映糖尿病视网膜病变分期及黄斑水肿情况,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To study the clinical value of fundus fluorescein angiography in the screening of diabetic fundus lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent mydriatic ophthalmoscopy,and the experimental group underwent fundus fluorescein angiography.The staging of diabetic retinopathy,the detection accuracy of macular edema and the scores of patients on examination techniques were compared between the two groups.Results The detection accuracy of diabetic retinopathy in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.9829,P=0.0144<0.05).The detection accuracy of macular edema in the experimental group was 88.64%,which was higher than 51.16%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.5743,P=0.0001<0.05).The scores of the patients in the experimental group on the scientificity and safety of the examination technology were(96.23±1.84)and(97.24±1.36)points,which were higher than(93.64±1.36)and(95.12±1.03)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.0042,8.7869,P=0.0000,0.0000<0.05).Conclusion Fundus fluorescein angiography can accurately reflect the staging of diabetic retinopathy and macular edema,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
