外科快速康复护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外科快速康复护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的应用。方法68例行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施外科快速康复护理。比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、满意度、并发症发生率。结果护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组患者SAS评分(34.21±1.01)分和SDS评分(35.02±0.45)分均低于对照组的(47.45±2.01)、(48.67±1.24)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度评分为(95.67±3.12)分,高于对照组的(83.01±2.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.9%低于对照组的23.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者实施外科快速康复护理效果确切,可减少相关并发症的发生,减轻患者的情绪障碍,加速术后康复,提升患者满意度。Objective To discuss the application of fast-track surgery nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received fast-track surgery nursing.The scores of Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after nursing,satisfaction,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the SAS score(34.21±1.01)points and SDS score(35.02±0.45)points of the observation group were lower than(47.45±2.01)and(48.67±1.24)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was(95.67±3.12)points,which was higher than(83.01±2.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 2.9%in the observation group was lower than 23.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery nursing has definite effect on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and can reduce the occurrence of related complications,reduce the emotional disorders of patients,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and improve satisfaction of patients.
