摘　　要：失眠是乳腺癌常见的合并症状之一,症状反复导致患者处于焦虑抑郁状态,影响患者生活质量,甚至使乳腺癌的抗肿瘤治疗中断,在临床上治愈颇有难度。张东伟主任认为乳腺癌相关性失眠是与情志密切相关的疾病,可以通过开阖六气针法调节厥阴改善患者失眠症状,临床疗效显著,值得推广。Insomnia is one of the common comorbid symptoms of breast cancer.Repeated symptoms lead to anxiety and depression in patients,which affects the quality of life of patients,and even interrupts the anti-tumor treatment of breast cancer.It is difficult to cure clinically.Director ZHANG Dongwei believes that breast cancer-related insomnia is a disease closely related to emotions.Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture can mainly regulate Jueyin to improve the insomnia symptoms of patients.The clinical effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
