摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝是一种动态疾病,它可能会发展成非酒精性脂肪肝炎、肝纤维化、肝硬化和肝癌等严重肝脏疾病。随着肥胖率的不断升高以及西方化饮食的影响,患病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前西医学对该病主要致病驱动因素及发病机制仍认识不足,治疗尚无特效药,且长期来看副作用大。结合中医学理论,罗伟生教授认为非酒精性脂肪肝虽然病位在肝,但病机关键在脾,源于脾虚失运,气机失调,而致痰、湿、热、淤等病理产物。治疗方案当先“疏其血气,另其调达”;其后“损有余而补其不足”;最终而达到“阴阳平衡”。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a dynamic disease that may develop into serious liver diseases such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.With the continuous increase of obesity rate and the influence of westernized diet,the prevalence rate in my country is increasing year by year.At present,western medicine still lacks understanding of the main pathogenic driving factors and pathogenesis of the disease,and there is no effective drug for the treatment,and the long-term side effects are large.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,professor LUO Weisheng believes that although the disease location of non-alcoholic fatty liver is in the liver,the key to the pathogenesis is the spleen.The treatment plan should first“smooth the blood and Qi,and then adjust it”;then“damage the excess and make up for the deficiency”;and finally achieve a“balance of Yin and Yang”.
