养心通络汤治疗冠心病CABG术后心功能不全气虚血瘀证临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察养心通络汤治疗冠心病CABG术后心功能不全气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年6月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院外四科就诊的冠心病CABG术后心功能不全患者60例,采用SPSS21.0统计软件随机分组为对照组和试验组,每组30例。两组均予以基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加服养心通络汤。治疗8周后,比较两组治疗前后中医症状疗效、6MWT距离、NT-proBNP水平、LVEF值的变化。结果:与对照组比较,试验组第4周、第8周中医证候总积分减低,NTpro-BNP水平下降,第8周LVEF值增加(P<0.05)。结论:养心通络汤联合西医基础治疗冠心病CABG术后心功能不全患者可减轻患者临床症状,增加6MWT距离,降低血浆NT-proBNP水平,增加LVEF值,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with cardiac insufficiency of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after coronary heart disease CABG.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac insufficiency after CABG who were treated in the Fourth Department of Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xinjiang Medical University,from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group using SPSS21.0 statistical software,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,and the experimental group was given Yangxin Tongluo decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom curative effect,6MWT distance,NT-proBNP level,and LVEF value were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group decreased at the 4th and 8th weeks,the level of NTpro-BNP decreased,and the LVEF value increased at the 8th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with cardiac insufficiency after coronary heart disease CABG can relieve the clinical symptoms,increase the 6MWT distance,reduce the plasma NT-proBNP level,and increase the LVEF value,and the curative effect is definite.
