摘  要:以草莓品种红颜为研究对象,以25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂、12.5%四氟醚唑水乳剂、29%吡萘·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂、50%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、30%唑醚·乙嘧酚悬浮剂、90%萜烯醇乳油7种药剂为试材,清水作为对照,研究7种药剂对草莓白粉病的防治效果及其对草莓叶片生理指标的影响.结果表明:30%唑醚·乙嘧酚悬浮剂对草莓白粉病的防治效果最好,且效果稳定,3次喷药后7d的防效为30.87%;25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂对草莓白粉病的防治效果较好,且效果较稳定,3次喷药后7d的防效为27.50%.30%唑醚·乙嘧酚悬浮剂、25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂、29%吡萘·嘧菌酯悬浮剂对草莓叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性以及叶绿素含量均未产生抑制作用,且均高于清水对照处理.综合分析得知,商丘市草莓白粉病防治适宜使用25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂、29%吡萘·嘧菌酯悬浮剂和30%唑醚·乙嘧酚悬浮剂.Taking strawberry variety Hongyan as the research object,25%pyraclostrobin suspension,12.5%tetraflurane azole emulsion,29%pyrnaphthalene azoxystrobin suspension,50%dimethomorph WP,50%%Thiophanate methyl wettable powder,30%oxazol ether dipyrrol suspension,90%terpene alcohol emulsifiable concentrate,7 kinds of medicines were used as test materials,and clear water was used as a control to study the control effects of 7 kinds of medicines on strawberry powdery mildew.Its influence on the physiological indexes of strawberry leaves.The results showed that the 30%pyraclostrobin-dipyriphene suspension had the best control effect on strawberry powdery mildew,and the effect was stable.The control effect after 3 sprays for 7 days was 30.87%;25%pyraclostrobin suspension had the best effect on strawberry powdery mildew.The control effect of strawberry powdery mildew is better,and the effect is relatively stable.The control effect after 3 sprays for 7 days is 27.50%.The activity of 30%pyraclostrobin and pyriphenol suspension,25%pyraclostrobin and 29%pyraclostrobin suspension on the activity of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and chlorophyll content of strawberry leaves There was no inhibitory effect,and they were all higher than the clear water control treatment.Comprehensive analysis shows that it is appropriate to use 25%pyraclostrobin suspension,29%pyraclostrobin suspension and 30%pyraclostrobin 30%pyraclostrobin for the prevention and control of strawberry powdery mildew in Shangqiu City.
