摘　　要：本文介绍了氧化铝熟料窑及单筒冷却机的工作条件及其对内衬耐火材料使用寿命的影响;在机械方面主要阐述了窑体椭圆度及热膨胀、窑传动系统及承托系统、窑转速等因素对内衬耐火材料使用寿命的影响。同时,分析了氧化铝熟料窑及单筒冷却机内衬砌筑工艺对内衬耐火材料使用寿命的影响。系统论述了氧化铝熟料窑及单筒冷却机系统用耐火材料。In this paper,introduced that the working factors in the rotary kiln to influence the refractory lining working period;and introduced the mechanic factors of the rotary kiln to influence the refractory lining working period;and in the same time,analyzed the factors of procedure to build the lining to influence the refractory lining working period;introduced all refractory material used in rotary kiln and the cylinder cooler in very details.
