摘 要:将铜铅锌矿石样品用四酸分解,分别选择铜铅锌灵敏度不同的多条谱线,结合iTEVA工作软件线开关功能,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定矿石中铜铅锌的含量,分析结果用Excel进行汇总,在对铜含量0.001%~20%、铅含量0.004%~20%、锌含量0.001%~40%的铜铅锌矿石分析中有很好应用效果。用铜铅锌矿石成分分析标准物质GBW07162、GBW07163、GBW07164和GBW07165进行验证试验,测定结果精密度(RD)铜-1.58%~0.91%、铅介于-0.92%~3.64%、锌介于-0.98%~1.50%,正确度(RE)铜介于-2.10%~0.72%、铅介于-3.57%~0.71%、锌介于-1.19%~1.50%,完全满足质控规范要求。本方法检出限分别为铜0.0002%、铅0.0012%、锌0.0003%。The copper lead-zinc ore sample is decomposed with four acids,and multiple spectral lines with different sensitivity of copper lead-zinc are selected respectively,combined with the line switching function of iteva working software,Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)is used to determine the content of copper and lead and zinc in ores.The analysis results are summarized by Excel.It has a good application effect in the analysis of copper,lead and zinc ores with copper content of 0.001%~20%,lead content of 0.004%~20% and zinc content of 0.001%~40%.The verification test is carried out with copper,lead and zinc ore composition analysis reference materials GBW07162,GBW07163,GBW 07164 and GBW07165,and the precision of the determination results is(RD)copper -1.58%~0.91%,lead -0.92%~3.64%,zinc -0.98%~1.50%,accuracy(RE)copper -2.10%~0.72%,lead -3.57%~0.71%,zinc -1.19%~1.50%,which fully meet the requirements of quality control specifications.The detection limits of this method are copper 0.0002%,lead 0.0012% and zinc 0.0003% respectively.
