摘 要:重点介绍了新能源电解废液回收磷资源组合处理工艺特点,新能源电解废液中含有微量的锂、镍等有色金属增加了磷资源回收的难度,本文重点介绍回收磷资源过程中在各处理工序的各物料组分的存在形式、能源动力消耗及工艺控制方法,说明臭氧催化氧化以及钙法化学混凝工艺特点,并将新能源电解废液回收磷资源组合处理工艺与传统处理工艺进行了优劣比较,为新能源电解废液回收磷资源提供了较好的参考。Focus on new energy electrolytic liquid waste recycling of phosphorus resource combination process characteristics,the new energy in the electrolytic liquid waste containing trace amounts of lithium,nickel and other non-ferrous metal increased the difficulty of the phosphorus resource recovery,this article focuses on recovery of phosphorus resource in each of the processing in the process of the form of the material composition,energy consumption and process control method,The characteristics of ozone-catalyzed oxidation and calcium chemical coagulation process were explained,and the advantages and disadvantages of the combined treatment process for phosphorus resource recovery from new energy electrolytic waste liquid were compared with the traditional treatment process,which provided a better reference for phosphorus resource recovery from new energy electrolytic waste liquid.
