摘　　要：地质档案作为地质工作的成果载体,既是地勘单位的知识积累,也是今后工作的重要信息资源。地质档案中的国土资源信息涉及国家安全、社会和谐和人民安全。随着地质市场化的深入,地质档案作为一种特殊的商品,蕴含着商业秘密,具有经济价值。由于行业的特殊性,地质档案不同于一般的档案管理。在实际工作中,文章从管理现状、资料收集和报送的完整性、保密性和安全意识等方面采取措施加强地质档案管理。As the carrier of geological achievements,geological archives are not only the knowledge accumulation of geological prospecting units,but also important information resources for future work.The information of land resources in geological archives relates to national security,social harmony and people’s safety.With the deepening of geological marketization,geological archives,as a special commodity,contain commercial secrets and have economic value.Because of the particularity of the industry,geological archives is different from general archives management.In practical work,this paper takes measures to strengthen the management of geological archives from the aspects of management status,the completeness of data collection and submission,confidentiality and safety awareness.
