摘　　要：螺旋卷边钢板仓是一种新型的圆筒型仓,直径10米,高度20米。我国自从八十年代中期开始引进螺旋卷边钢板仓专用设备,到目前为止其应用范围不断扩大。本文通过螺旋卷边钢板仓技术在氧化铝行业中的首次应用,介绍了该新型钢板仓的特点与优势,同时分析了新型卷边钢板仓的经济效益,与传统技术相比新型技术在卷边钢板仓应用到氧化铝生产项目中优势更加明显。Spiral crimping steel plate warehouse is a new type of cylindrical warehouse,with a diameter of 10 meters and a height of 20 meters.Since the mid-1980s,China has introduced special equipment for spiral crimping steel plate warehouse.So far,its application scope has been expanding.This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of the new steel plate warehouse through the first application of spiral crimping steel plate warehouse technology in alumina industry,and analyzes the economic benefits of the new steel plate warehouse.Compared with the traditional technology,the new technology has more obvious advantages in the application of crimping steel plate warehouse to alumina production projects.
