摘　　要：在系统分析跟踪支架的技术发展概况及基本结构的基础上,介绍了光伏跟踪支架技术知识产权概况及其技术领域构成。光伏产业是世界上发展速度最快的产业之一,自2009年开始,对应的光伏产业领域专利申请量也达到每年150-200件左右。充分利用知识产权体系,可促使创新技术的研发和应用,进而增强公司的竞争优势。Based on the systenatic anlysis of the development review and basic structure of tracking photovoltaic stand,this paper mainly studies the intellectual property rights and technological structure of tracking photovoltaic stand.Solar power is World's fastest-growing industries,in response,patent application quantities of Solar power industry is 150-200 per year since 2009.Making the utmost of intellectual property system will promote the research and application of technology innovation and improve the competitive advantages of enterprise.
