摘　　要：关于焊缝超声波检测是一种要求很高的无损检测项目,尤其是对于操作工作人员的专业知识和实际操作水平是要求比较严格,这方面的工作者不仅要有很丰富的专业知识,还需要有焊接和材料一些方面的知识,这方面的检测方式和射线、磁粉、渗透等检测方法有很大差别,超声检测的缺点就是对于超声波的动态波形分析不准确,信号也不是很强,方向性也不是很好,这就在一定程度上决定了工作者对于仪器的使用方法的熟练程度,所以各种人为因素会对检测结果产生比较大的影响。在一定程度上超声检测属于实践性比较强的学科,要经过很多的实际操作和具体的案例分析积累大量的经验,没有哪一个人就凭借专业知识就能操作的很好,都要经过大量的实践操作才能有一定的技术,只有不断的接触和亲手操作才能在遇到问题的时候做出最正确的判断,及时给出合理的解决措施。这篇文章主要就是通过一些案例的分享,传递各方面正确的经验,给以后的工作者带来一些参考,在一定程度上给实际操作中能够遇到的一些问题给出一点建议。Ultrasonic testing of welds is a non-destructive testing project with high requirements,especially for the professional knowledge and practical operation level of operators.Workers in this field should not only have rich professional knowledge,but also have some knowledge of welding and materials.The testing methods in this field are very different from those of ray,magnetic particle,penetration and other testing methods,The disadvantage of ultrasonic testing is that the dynamic waveform analysis of ultrasonic is not accurate,the signal is not very strong,and the directionality is not very good,which determines the proficiency of workers in the use of instruments to a certain extent.Therefore,various human factors will have a great impact on the test results.To a certain extent,ultrasonic testing belongs to a discipline with strong practicality.It needs a lot of practical operation and specific case analysis to accumulate a lot of experience.No one can operate well with professional knowledge.It needs a lot of practical operation to have a certain technology.Only continuous contact and personal operation can make the most correct judgment when encountering problems and give reasonable solutions in time.This article is mainly to share some cases,transfer the correct experience in all aspects,bring some references to future workers,and give some suggestions on some problems that can be encountered in practical operation to a certain extent.
