摘  要:硫化镍精矿采用侧吹炉熔炼直接产出高镍锍,简称一步炼镍(NDS)技术,其原理借鉴连续炼铜熔炼炉直接产出70%~75%的冰铜。理念提出后,经过了小型试验和某工厂生产实践,印证了该技术可行,为硫化镍矿火法冶炼短流程炼镍带来了技术革新,更加适用于当前低碳经济产业政策。Nickel sulfide concentrate is smelted in side blowing furnace to directly produce high nickel matte,which is referred to as one-step nickel smelting(NDS)technology.Its principle is based on the continuous copper smelting furnace to directly produce 70%~75%matte.After the concept was put forward,the small-scale test and the production practice of a factory confirmed that the technology is feasible,which has brought technological innovation to the short process nickel smelting of nickel sulfide ore pyrometallurgical smelting,and is more suitable for the current industrial policy of low-carbon economy.
