摘 要:本文针对含有高浓度的铜金属的铂钯后液置换,开发出一套短流程高效的铜回收工艺。主要探索了草酸用量、草酸沉铜反应时间、草酸沉铜反应温度、草酸渣焙烧温度、酸浸液固比等因素对最终酸浸液中铜离子的浓度的影响。结果表明:按理论用量1倍加入草酸,常温搅拌1h,真空过滤并洗涤至中性。草酸渣烘干后焙烧,焙烧温度为300℃,焙烧渣16:1调浆酸浸,酸浸液中铜离子浓度为47g/L,且其它杂质离子浓度低,可直接混脱铜后液返回电解工序生产阴极铜。In this paper,a set of copper recovery process with short process and high efficiency was developed for platinum-palladium after liquid replacement with high concentration of copper.The effects of oxalic acid dosage,oxalic acid precipitation reaction time,oxalic acid precipitation reaction temperature,oxalic acid slag roasting temperature,acid leaching liquid to solid ratio on the concentration of copper ion in the final acid leaching solution were mainly explored.The results showed that oxalic acid was added according to the theoretical dosage,stirred at room temperature for 1h,filtered by vacuum and washed to neutral.Oxalic acid residue is roasted after drying at 300℃.The roasting temperature is 16:1,and the concentration of copper ion in the acid leaching solution is 47g/L,and the concentration of other impurities is low.The copper can be directly mixed and removed and then returned to the electrolytic process to produce cathode copper.
