摘 要:在矿产品中金属汞的检测方法主要有两种原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法。前者主要用于铜精矿中金属汞的检测,后者主要用于锌铅精矿中金属汞的检测。两种检测方法的原理大致相同,首先是采用湿法溶解矿产品样品,利用还原剂的性质将金属汞进行还原,将金属汞放入相应的光谱仪器进行检测。原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法缺点为检测周期时间较长,通常为24小时,流程复杂,对于一些工作量较大的检测实验室来说,灵活性较差,因此有必要寻找新的金属汞检测方法。本文选择了固体进样法,能够直接对其含有的金属汞进行检测,检测时间在600秒内,即可得到较为准确的结果,同时借助仪器的自动进样组件,可节省人工处理步骤,减少人为的检测误差,极大的提升了金属汞的检测效率与结果可靠性。There are two main methods for detecting metallic mercury in mineral products:Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.The former is mainly used for the detection of metallic mercury in copper concentrates,and the latter is mainly used for the detection of metallic mercury in zinc-lead concentrates.The principles of the two detection methods are roughly the same.The first is to use the wet method to dissolve the mineral product samples,use the properties of the reducing agent to reduce the metal mercury,and put the metal mercury into the corresponding spectrometer for detection.The disadvantages of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy and Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy are that the detection cycle time is long and the process is complicated.For some laboratories with a large workload,the flexibility is relatively poor.Therefore,it is necessary to find a new metal mercury detection method.In this paper,the solid sampling method is selected,which can directly detect the metallic mercury contained in it.The detection time is within 600 seconds,and more accurate results can be obtained.At the same time,the automatic sampling component of the instrument can save manual processing steps and reduce Man-made detection errors have greatly improved the detection efficiency and result reliability of metallic mercury.
