摘 要:堆浸技术是提取低品位金属矿中矿产资源的重要工艺,本文在对堆浸技术工艺及其过程进行论述的基础上,探讨了国内外现阶段堆浸工艺的应用现状,并对伴生贱金属物、矿石结构与粒度、氰化物及浓度、氧浓度、pH值、喷淋强度等诸多影响金矿堆浸工艺效率的因素进行深入分析,最后以某金矿为实际研究案例,探讨了该低品位金矿堆浸工艺的实际应用效果,旨在为金矿堆堆浸工艺影响因素的探讨和优化研究提供更多参考和启迪。Heap leaching technology is an important process for extracting mineral resources from low-grade metal ores.Based on the discussion of heap leaching technology and its process,this paper discusses the application status of heap leaching technology at home and abroad,and analyzes the associated base metals,ore structure and particle size,cyanide and concentration,oxygen concentration,pH value Many factors affecting the efficiency of gold ore heap leaching process such as spray intensity are deeply analyzed.Finally,taking a gold mine as an actual research case,the practical application effect of the low-grade gold ore heap leaching process is discussed,in order to provide more reference and Enlightenment for the discussion and optimization of the influencing factors of gold ore heap leaching process.
