摘  要:真空抬包是铝行业常用的一种将铝液从电解槽中抽出,运输到指定地点倒出铝液的周转设备,抬包内衬需要砌筑耐火材料,为确保其使用安全性,新真空抬包及大修后的真空抬包在使用前必须经过充分预热。传统的抬包预热是利用效应棒或残极块进行加热,抬包受热不均匀、热效率低并且污染环境,同时也影响了抬包的使用寿命,增加了电解铝厂对抬包的使用维护成本。作者通过实践不断探索,设计了一种电加热装置,充分考虑真空抬包的结构特点以及使用要求,实现了加热温度的可调可控,解决了多年来传统预热方式的缺点。Vacuum ladle lifting is a turnover equipment commonly used in the aluminum industry to extract the aluminum liquid from the electrolytic cell and transport it to the designated place to pour the aluminum liquid.The lining of the ladle lifting needs to be built with refractory materials.In order to ensure its use safety,the new vacuum ladle lifting and the vacuum ladle after overhaul must be fully preheated before use.The traditional ladle lifting preheating uses the effect rod or residual electrode block for heating.The ladle lifting heating is uneven,the thermal efficiency is low and pollutes the environment.At the same time,it also affects the service life of ladle lifting and increases the use and maintenance cost of ladle lifting in electrolytic aluminum plant.Through practice and continuous exploration,the author designs an electric heating device,fully considers the structural characteristics and application requirements of vacuum bag lifting,realizes the adjustable and controllable heating temperature,and solves the shortcomings of traditional preheating methods for many years.
