摘  要:昆虫病原线虫作为一种高效的生物防治因子,具有广泛的应用前景。但昆虫病原线虫的生物活性受自然环境影响较大,筛选抗逆优良品系对于更好地推广和应用昆虫病原线虫具有十分重要的意义。为了评价昆虫病原线虫的抗逆性差异及生防潜力,在室内条件下测试了17个采自不同地区的昆虫病原线虫品系对高温、低温及干燥环境的抗性。结果显示:Steinernema tielingense LFS65、S. ceratophorum HQA87和S. carpocapsae All线虫对高温的抗性强,40℃处理6 h后,线虫个体死亡率低于10%,显著低于其他线虫品系。将线虫在-5℃低温处理72 h后,Steinernema sp ZLS3和S. carpocapsae All线虫死亡率最低(分别为1.14%,1.93%);其次是S. feltiae LFS67、S. feltiae JY90和Heterorhabditis beicherriana NCWZ1。在抗干燥试验中,抗逆性较好的是Steinernema sp ZLS3、S. carpocapsae All和S. ceratophorum HQA87,在25%甘油溶液中处理72 h后3种线虫个体死亡率低于10%。测试了9个抗逆性较强线虫品系对大蜡螟幼虫的致病力,发现S. ceratophorum HQA87、S. tielingense LFS65、S. feltiae JY-90和S. carpocapsae All处理36 h后,大蜡螟死亡率即可达到100%。可见,筛选出的高抗逆性线虫品系具有较好的田间应用潜力。本研究可为昆虫病原线虫的田间应用提供科学依据。As an efficient biological control agent, entomopathogenic nematode(EPN) has been increasingly used in the pest control. However, entomopathogenic nematode is greatly affected by natural conditions. Therefore, it is of great significance to screen stress resistant nematode strains for local pest control. The interspecific variation in stress resistance and biocontrol potential were compared among 17 EPN strains in vitro. Steinernema tielingense LFS65, S. ceratophorum HQA87, and S. carpocapsae All showed higher heat tolerance than the other strains, with mortalities less than 10% after exposure to 40 ℃ for 6 h. High cold tolerance was observed in Steinernema sp ZLS3 and S. carpocapsae All, with mortality of 1.14% and 1.93% after exposure to-5 ℃ for 24 h, respectively;followed by S. feltiae LFS67, S. feltiae JY90, and H. beicherriana NCWZ1. Steinernema sp ZLS3, S. carpocapsae All, and S. ceratophorum HQA87 exhibited higher level of desiccation tolerance than the others, over 90% of the nematodes survived exposure to 25% glycerol for 72 h. The infectivity of the 9 selected EPN strains to Galleria mellonella was determined. Mortality of G. mellonella larvae increased to 100% after exposure to IJs of S.ceratophorum HQA87, S. tielingense LFS65, S. feltiae JY-90, and S. carpocapsae all for 36 h. The results indicate that these EPN may have great potential for use in integrated pest management.
