创伤救治体系管理模式的构建研究

摘　　要：目的探讨创伤救治体系管理模式的构建。方法将2019年11月—2020年5月构建创伤救治体系管理模式前救治78例创伤患者设为对照组,将2020年6—12月构建创伤救治体系管理模式后救治的82例创伤患者设为观察组。对比两组创伤救治团队成员综合能力、创伤救护时效、生命支持完成情况及满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组学习能力、科研能力、工作态度、职业素质、专业实践能力、协调与应急能力、团队配合能力、综合处置能力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组创伤救治团队到达时间、早期治疗处理时间、挂号、分诊时间、血液相关指标送检时间、首次CT检查时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组8 min高级生命救治完成率、手术到达时间完成率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组满意度评分(30.81±3.06)分相比,研究组满意度评分(35.21±3.01)分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤救治体系管理模式可提供创伤救治团队成员综合能力、创伤救护时效、生命支持完成情况及满意度,具有可靠性、实用性及科学性,对临床创伤救治具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the construction of the management model of trauma treatment system.Methods 78 trauma patients rescued before the construction of the trauma rescue system management mode from November 2019 to May 2020 were set as the control group,and 82 trauma patients rescued after the construction of the trauma rescue sys⁃tem management mode from June to December 2020 were set as the observation group.The comprehensive ability,trau⁃ma rescue time efficiency,life support completion and satisfaction of trauma rescue team members in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher learning ability,research ability,working attitude,professional quality,professional practice ability,coordination and emergency response ability,team cooperation ability and comprehensive disposal ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Com⁃pared with the control group,the arrival time,early treatment and handling time,registration and triage time,blood-re⁃lated index delivery time and first CT examination time of the trauma treatment team in the study group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 8-min advanced life sav⁃ing treatment completion rate and surgery arrival time completion rate were higher in the study group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the satisfaction score of the control group(30.81±3.06),the satisfaction score of the study group(35.21±3.01)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode of trauma rescue system can provide the comprehensive ability of trauma rescue team members,trauma rescue time efficiency,life support completion and satisfaction,which is reliable,practical and scientific,and is of great significance to clinical trauma rescue and treatment.
