摘　　要：目的探讨加强队属医院卫勤分队实战化训练成效的方法,提高实战化条件下卫勤保障能力。方法针对当前队属医院卫勤分队实战化训练现状,分析存在的问题,并进一步提出对策和建议。结果当前队属医院卫勤分队实战化训练在备战打仗思想、训练模式、抽组模式、训风演风考风和装备建设等方面还存在一些问题,针对上述问题,提出了相应的对策。结论开展队属医院卫勤分队实战化训练研究,对加强卫勤分队实战化保障能力建设具有一定的指导作用。Objective To explore the methods to strengthen the effectiveness of practical training of medical service units in team hospitals and improve the medical service support ability under the condition of practical training.Methods According to the current situation of practical training of medical service units in hospitals affiliated to the team,the existing problems were analyzed,and further countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Results There were still some problems in the actual training of the medical service unit of the hospital affiliated to the team in the aspects of war preparation thought,training mode,group selection mode,training style,performance style,examination style and equipment construction.In view of the above problems,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Conclusion The research on the practical training of medical service units in team affiliated hospitals plays a guiding role in strengthening the construction of practical support ability of medical service units.
